Private Classes

In-home private cooking lessons are custom designed for your individual menu, including special dietary needs. Group Lessons

Share a class with friends or family! Showers, ladies/men’s night-in, post-fishing trip filleting demos, and much more. We can teach your nanny and other home care professional as well, so everyone benefits!

Kid Classes

Designed for children, group classes are fun and educational. The sessions are goal-oriented with specific learning outcomes to build self-confidence, self-esteem and pride with a great feeling of accomplishment. These classes are a great way to engage young minds and palates. Menu ideas are age targeted to ensure optimal fun and safety.

About Doris

After a 25 year career in the financial services industry, Doris decided to follow her lifelong passion for cooking and completed the Professional Culinary Program at Northwest Culinary Academy.  She also received the Plant Based Professional Certificate of Completion from ROUXBE Online Cooking School. It is from these courses she realized her calling to help the home cook become more confident and proficient in the kitchen.  She is passionate about helping others create delicious dishes; building confidence and pride. Doris lives in White Rock with her husband and muse, Erich.
